I have sent a request to Gracenote to add the channel
Still nothing on this. it’s been over a year. I have contacted support at least 12 times regarding this. The menu it right on HD Homerun, its right everywhere but on the plex guide, what seems to be the issue? How hard can it be to fix this!

An OTA channel in my region is missing from Plex’s listings. - The lineup name (you’ll find the lineup name on the Live TV & DVR settings page under CHANNEL SOURCES )

A channel scan in Plex gives me the following missing channels:
48.4 TeleX - For airing issues, the airing times, time zone, movie or show/series and episode titles
n/a - Your country
USA - Postal code
94016 - Region/market
San Francisco, CA - Version of Plex Media Server in use

I think KOCEDT2 and KOCEDT3 is in Los Angeles, I live in San Diego!
50.2 coming from HD Homerun is right it says Defy, but on the plex side 50.2 says the wrong thing, same with 50.3. sorry but I have given ALL info so many times now I am so frustrated.

Maybe PLEX can start getting their guide data where HD Homerun gets theirs, as its way faster and always right. The plex guide takes years to get updated.
AND FYI, i had to go south past 7 cities and use San Diegos zip code to get these stations to show up.
EPG for Eugene is still incorrect. Any status updates?

I have asked Gracenote for an update on this. I dealt with your request and referred it to Gracenote on the 26th December 2022
Are you able to find out which station is broadcasting this on 48.4 rather than 48.2 ?

Wikipeadia KSTS - Wikipedia is showing
So is 48.4 coming from KNTV as opposed to KSTS ?
What does your tuner show for 48.2 ?
You may be able to circumvent the issue by manually mapping tuner channel 48.4 to EPG channel 48.2
The lineup currently has these channels for 48.x
Once I get confirmation that you are receiving 48.4 TeleX through KNTV and indication as to what you see for 48.2, I will refer it to gracenote to add the channel

OK I can see that KNTV shows the 48.3 and 48.4 channels that are 48.1 and 48.2 from KSTS
I will ask gracenote to include both sets
Thanks for pointing out that the 41.x set are still not added. Obviously got lost within gracenote. I have escalated this

I have asked Gracenote to add 47.7 to 47.9 and check out 47.6 which shows in the lineup as Independent when rabbitears.info shows it as Defy TV
I could not find Tyrone listed as a market name on RabbitEars.Info - but did find the channels from the call signs
I cannot find any Lego Masters airings in the schedule for 11.1 Fox channel from KTTVDT (for your zip code).
When did it air - I can only get schedules from today onwards for next 10-14 days
Was this text from the EPG schedule or in the library ? We should preserve existing EPG metadata

48.4 is being broadcasted by KNTV, not KSTS. KSTS is a repeater.

We have had channels get added within 3-4 weeks. But we have also had requests that are still outstanding 6 months later. We also sometimes get a response that some channels were out of scope but they would look into adding them - I expect these would take muchj longer to get added

there are some EPG-Changes for NetCologne/NetAachen (same lineup) in Germany.
This also eliminates the Channel 133 Problem i reported years ago.

Please remind me exactly which issue this was - The remaining open issue that I have is the one where recording terminates too early soon after starting - suspected to do with invalid timestamps in the stream. Was this the one ?
The problem was:
033 is SD
133 is HD
but HD recordings always referred to 033. (all other channels were ok)
So i had to disable/remove 033 from the lineup.
Anyway, 033 doesn’t exist anymore - now.
