Live TV has to buffer every few seconds

Live TV Buffering on Android TV & showing paused on dashboard 8.13.0/8.12.0 now 8.14.0

Server Version#: Beta Player Version#: Public Tuner Make/Model: Hdhomerun Don’t expect much support from past experience but for anyone having Live TV Buffering on Android TV & showing paused on dashboard on version 8.13.0/8.12.0 the only fix is to back date to 8.11.0. This came up in beta and was not fixed. The buffer is random but will lock the client in a constant spinning yellow circle buffer. Also happens when opening channel. Looks to be initiated when the channel is being duplicated.
