Locked out of network - server unreachable

I’m using the current version of DSM 7 and Plex for my DS920+.
I couldn’t access my media center with my new Arcam AVR 31, although I could with various apps, including iPhone PLEX and MusicLife.
So I changed Network settings to REQUIRE secure settings, not just PREFERRED. Now I can’t access my server at all.
I uninstalled and reinstalled PLEX on my Synology NAS, but it’s completely unreachable, as is the localhost and 127. settings for the bundled web app.

I need to reset the entire package, I suppose, but I can’t figure out how to do that.

One of the options through DSM 7’s deletion of the app is to delete the files, from which there is no recovery: it’s not clear if the files are the MEDIA files, which shouldn’t be touched, or the SYSTEM files which would be recreated with a fresh installation.

Can someone help me out here?
