Meta Data Not Updating From TheTVDB - Not Sure What Else to Try

I began experiencing this issue when there was a widespread meta data issue with TheTVDB on 3/18/2018 but I still can’t resolve it. I’ve tried the following:

  1. Reorganized agents so that local media is not priority
  2. Plex Dance (removing files from library, deleting trash, removing bundles, deleted meta data from local video files, re-adding video files to library, rescan)

I’ve been testing with game of thrones. This was previously mapped but I removed the whole series and now all meta data is blank. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Any reason why you are not following the naming guidelines outlined here

For example
F:\TV\Game of Thrones\Season 06\Game of Thrones - 6x01 - The Red Woman.mkv
would be
F:\TV\Game of Thrones\Season 06\Game of Thrones - s06e01 - The Red Woman.mkv

Suggest first to try and do that and see what the outcome will be

So please move out the F:\TV\Game of Thrones\ out of the F:\TV path
Scan and empty trash (see first 4 steps here http://forums.plex.tv/discussion/277433/the-plex-dance

Then rename the files as per the guidelines
and move them back and rescan (see last 2 steps here http://forums.plex.tv/discussion/277433/the-plex-dance)

If problems persist, please provide fresh logs and screenshots

I used the filebot expression below for TheTVDB to mass update my TV library if anyone else encounters this in the future:
