Reference previous post Plex Series agent won't get TheTVDB (Aired) metadata for Patlabor: The Mobile Police
It seems this is still unresolved and not pulling the correct TVDB data even when using TVDB-ID in the show naming scheme. Someone posted an XML solution that is above my head. The initial write-up listed the GUID issue specifically. Can we get this fixed?
I have filed an issue.
I’m also having this issue. I’ve added the folder as Patlabor The Mobile Police (1989) {tvdb-80789} and even tried adding a .plexmatch file with the TVDB ID, but nothing seems to get it to match properly. It seems it just pulls from TMDB, which only has the series in a split format for Early Days, Mobile Police, and New Files.
Ah, I should’ve done a search for this first.
