Hello why do some of my shows not pull metadata for TV? Using Plex TV series agent no matter how many times I refresh metadata it doesn’t pull it and I know there is metadata for that show because it has it for every other season but one. Server Version#: Player Version#:

it is importing the metadata properly for me so something is amiss. looks like it got metadata for episode 4 of season 3 for you

Are the rest mp4 files? if so do you have “prefer local metadata” enabled for library?

Have you tried the plex dance?
