Metadata won't sync for some shows

Hello,

I’m writing because since last week, I’ve been having a metadata issue with the Late Show with Stephen Colbert. Season 9 started following the end of the strike and it does not appear as though plex is pulling the information for the new season down from TVDB. At present, it’s not attaching metadata to any of the files. As a daily show, I have it named by date (The Late Show with Stephen Colbert - 2023-10-02 as opposed to The Late Show with Stephen Colbert
s09e01), and new episodes appear, with the date as their name (the episodes actually have episode names). I’ve tried the plex shuffle a few times without luck. I also tried using the standard rather than daily naming convention without any improvement.

Is this a me issue or a plex issue?

I’m running on a QNAP NAS server on server version 1.32.7.7571

I just tried setting up a new server on my laptop and added those same files to my TV library for the new server. This time, it’s matching correctly and downloading episode data.

I keep trying the plex dance without success on my original server. What else can I do to fix this?
