This is not about you, this is about Plex being able to adequately identify a wide variety movies. The naming structure/rules existing for a reason: it works.

You need force a refresh of the database otherwise known as the The Plex Dance ™. Plex will remember “old data” in case a drive goes offline and comes back – it remembers your data so you don’t have to redo it all
