So I am seeing:

Dec 05, 2024 19:16:13.380 [11156] DEBUG - Scanner [Plex Movie]: found agent match for file 'D:\Movies\Blood Of Ghastly Horror (1967)\Blood Of Ghastly Horror (1967).avi': 'Blood of Ghastly Horror'
This tells me a couple of things:
- Plex is seeing the movie
- Not sure if that
Filesystem error
was part of the Plex Dance or not - You did not perform the Plex Dance correctly, every step must be performed in the exact order provided, and you must complete the step completely.
- your naming could use a bit of work.
**D:\Movies\Blood Of Ghastly Horror (1967) { tmdb-122677 }\Blood Of Ghastly Horror (1967) {tmdb-122677}.avi
should be:
** `D:\Movies\Blood Of Ghastly Horror (1967) {tmdb-122677}\Blood Of Ghastly Horror (1967).avi1
** many other video files have really bad naming schema - I suspect as tom said you are dealing with files that Plex either cant access correctly or that are being merged as a duplicate.
