Weird. Having LMA at a low priority in the list and doing the Plex Dance should at least have gotten rid of the scene file name showing in the library. Do you still have the scene name in the directory structure that the file lives in? That could cause issues. Using your example, it should be something like:
Movies\ <--- Library points here
Till Death Do We Rot (2019)\ <--- This directory is optional, but recommended
Till Death Do We Rot (2019).mp4
Other than that, I’m not sure what to suggest, given what you’ve tried already.
BTW, here’s IMDB id length issue I referred to earlier. I don’t think it would affect matching against The Movie Database however.
