Remove ALL metadata from the files.
Do also move Local Media Assets to the bottom of the stack of active agents under ALL tabs in Shows and Movies:

Red - where it was
Green - where it goes

All names should precisely follow the naming guide. Your file names are great examples of what NOT to name your files.

The best time to fix names and structures is halfway through The Plex Dance - that clears the old bundle and writes a new one - hopefully with the right stuff in it this time:
