I am having the same issue. I went back a version but the issue continued. I then proceed to wipe my entire installation. Deleted all folders with “plex” essentially and it still did not fix the issue. Once again crashing.

Windows 10 1903 18362.418 Build.

Let me know if you need me to grab a ProcMon/PerfMon type log data or something else.

did the deletion work?

Similar problem with me, Version 1.18.1.1973. Don’t see anything obvious in the Plex logs, not really sure where to check precisely since I’ve never had Plex crash like this in many years of usage. For me it’s been buffering a lot when serving a direct play video. It crashed twice as soon as I tried to play something on a PS4 client, and it crashed again trying to force a transcode on the Android client to try to fix the constant buffering.

edit: And it crashed again. The crash uploader part of the logs says it failed to upload crashdump with a 429 response for every recent crash, even if there’s only one entry per day.

No it did not :frowning:

i have resolved the issue by rolling my Plex server version back to Version 1.17.0.1841

Where can you get previous versions?
