Need help after DSM 6 to 7 Migration

I don’t see any logs attached to your posts

  1. Please look in the Plex shared folder. Confirm there is no “Library / Application Support / Plex Media Server” shared folder anymore.

  2. If the “Plex” shared folder is empty – migration was successful.
    – if not, then we need set permissions (again) on the Plex shared folder and repeat migration to DSM 7

  3. Presuming migration completed ok
    – The easiest / quickest way to reclaim ownership of PMS following migration is using the “Plex Claim Token” method shown here
