So I figured it out, didn’t know you long press on library so you can see what your favorite is and my media server is coming from my synology and I need to manual update the software once I updated the software logout of the app and log back in and boom my library is visible! Thanks for the help, but since I had no idea to long press the library icon on the new app to bring up that new menu, just some feedback.
I believe I may have, I can’t really remember
I’m also having this issue. Removing my favorite libraries from the iOS, restarting PMS on my Synology, and signing in again on the app did not fix the issue. I did not use the Preview Experience app.
I did not experience this issue until updating to 2025.13.0
I have sent server logs to Atomatth
I’m running Version 1.41.6.9685 for PMS, you may have to update yours.
I’m on that version too
Yes, I used it.
I did this, unfavorited all. Viola, could now see libraries. Re-favorited my favorite libraries and now they show up.
Updated to iOS version 2025.14.0
Still the same issue. No libraries favorited. Sign out. Restart PMS and iPad. Sign in. No libraries showing.
This is a joke. I haven’t been able to use Plex on my iPad for almost a week.
I don’t see a post from you on this issue previously. Have you actually gone into the list of libraries and favorited some?
Hi!! Same issue here,
I can’t see my film and series libraries in the IOS app since the last update (yesterday), I can’t neither add or remove favorites to my app….. some solution ?
Same “No Libraries Found” issue after the app got auto-upgraded. Using 2025.14.0 (9668238378) on Android. Plexamp and web still works on the same device. Restart and fresh login on client and server did not resolve, nor a client app reinstall. Log shows “no connections available” and a “fetch timeout” for the media server.
is the favorites pop up opening up? What do you mean you can’t add or remove favorites?
Can’t find an Android thread, and I expect these are the same issue regardless of OS, so I’ll add my two cents to this.
Two different Android phones. Two different Android tablets. All 4 running 2025.14.0.9668… 2025.15 not available here yet.
In my case, both phone and tablet are up to date, running the same OS version (Android 14, One UI 6.1)
No clue which OS versions are running on the other two.
First phone and tablet in one house (my own, on same network as the server), second phone and tablet in another house (family member far away)
Both phones can play media, see my library.
Both tablets can’t play media, see no libraries, say my server is offline.
So this seems to be a tablet-specific problem, not an OS one? Makes no sense!
I’ve not a single clue on how to go about finding a solution.
I’m seeing the same behavior here. My profile (the owner of the server) can’t see the libraries, but switching to another profile in the same app displays them correctly.
To be precise, I can see the libraries on the home screen, but the screen where we pin them using “hearts” says the server is offline. Clicking on them shows a “No libraries found” message.
My profile works fine on older versions of the app and on the web.
I had logged into the Plex Preview app with my account and profile about one or two months ago.
Did you try the solution that solved it for everybody else or not yet?
you mean the long press on “libraries” at the bottom ?
it’s not working on my side (android)
it’s just show my this :
I tried to rollback older android version with APKPure and working fine (10.26.0.2578) tried to remove favorite there. Then reinstall new version but not working
Am I to understand that the new iOS version of Plex will no longer play music and I must use Plex Amp or Dash to listen to music from my NAS ? I prefer using Plex because I have a massive 2 + TB NAS based music collection and Plex allowed me to visually browse the collection whereas Amp or Dash do not
Hello, Could you please help me here?
The main problem that my friend’s plex server is not visible in the new plex app (android). If I login in browser (like Chrome) than I can see both server, but in the plex app I can see just my server.
In the logs I can see this:
in the browser (Android)
In the plex app (Android):
We have checked and bot server marked as “Fully accessible from outside…” in Remote Access section.
Do you have any suggestion what can be the problem here?
Thank you for your help
Correct. To listen to music on your mobile devices, you will need to use the Plexamp app going forward.
You can also still use the web app for music if you choose.
