New EPG and release

Reported this yesterday using the official plex form but have had no response.
For cable Comcast Londonderry EPG channel 703 should be ION. It is incorrectly labeled and programmed as qubo.

And when the fix is made how will I know? Do I have to rescan, or will the correct label show up in the Manage Channels pop-up?

I understand this has been corrected and the corrections will get picked up in our ingestion and then feed into the Plex Media Server EPG refresh

One example is Channel 1209 (CBS) - Inside edition - within Plex’s guide it shows incorrect episode numbers. ie, in Plex it shows Episode (S32·E106 Are Some Hotels Not Changing Sheets Even During COVID-19) but it’s actually S32E211. Sometimes the shows are added into a 2020 folder with no Episode numbers or titles at all

This channel normally just repeats the current season over and over until the next season comes out. Looking at the upcoming week, Plex has next Saturday wrong, showing S11E08, while Gracenote shows Season 13 starting over at 1 again. Based on track record, Gracenote is probably right.

I have just checked the EPG for your lineup and the Saturday 4th July 11:30 EDT airing is correctly showing as S13 E1

I can see that the one after it for the 11th July is S11 E8. A manual QA process kicks in which amends the initial sequencing that appears. So just like 4th July one which must have changed from S11 E8 to S13 E1, I would expect the following one to also change as we get closer to the airing time.

It may be that the QA process does not happen sometimes in time and we end up with the wrong numbers. We can check on the 8th if the 11th July airing is correct by then and refer it to our provider if it is not.

In the UK. Freeview Anglia OTA is listing BBC2 at 9pm on Wednesday 8th as “Off Air”.

It’s most definitely not, as it’s premiering “Mrs. America” with an all-star cast. Possibly the biggest thing on BBC2 this year, and it’s not listed and not recordable.

This was fixed and also a subsequently discovered issue with schedule times for 21 june onwards were 1 hour out

I have just checked all forthcoming airings of the Bill and they are correct - agreeing with Drama TV Channel - Watch Drama Online
