This issue has now been fixed in Plex Media Server beta release 1.20.1.3213 which was released today

- (DVR) Server would display incorrect times under “Limit Airing Times To” advance recording option (#11362)
N.B. Downgrading from this release may result in DVR recordings with an airing time restriction failing.
So if ever downgrading from this beta release, any DVR schedules created with “Limit to Airing Time” would need to be deleted and recreated.
(Note: there is still a Plex Web display bug relating to use of “Limit of Airing Time” where there may be occasions when the “DVR Schedule” and “Recording Priority” show the wrong times - this does not affect the actual scheduling that Plex Media Server is using and is just a Plex Web display bug that will get fixed)
