I started this post to report an issue on Paramount Network (Channel 031) with the 5 minute “5* Access” intervals being over an hour long on Monday evening and Tuesday morning:
However it turned out to be much more than that 
Plex shows the following from Monday 21:00 until Tuesday 11:30:
21:00: Wyatt Earp
22:00: 5* Access - 28/09/20
00:00: Universal Soldier: Day of Reckoning
01:00: 5* Access - 29/09/20
02:15: The X-Files - S8 E1
03:10: The X-Files - S8 E2
04:05: The X-Files - S8 E3
04:55: Now That’s Funny - S2 E9
05:50: 5* Access
06:00: Teleshopping
09:00: Caught on Camera - S2 E9
09:30: Knight Rider - S1 E2

However, the Freeview TV Guide shows the following from Monday 21:00 until Tuesday 11:40:

So it turns out that there are issues with:
- Long 5* Access - Monday at 22:00 (2 hours) and Tuesday at 01:00 (1 hour 15 minutes)
- Incorrect programmes - Wyatt Earp on Monday at 21:00 should be Delta Force 2: The Columbian Connection and 3 showings of The X-Files on Tuesday should be 4 showings of Yellowstone
- Incorrect times - Programmes on Tuesday seem to start 10 minutes earlier in Plex (Not checked after the A-Team) from 09:00 rather than 09:10
- Incorrect episodes - Caught on Camera and Knight Rider on Tuesday
- Plex lists the interval shows as “5* Access” whilst Freeview and Channel 5 call it “Access” - Is the 5* prefix a hang up / oversight from it being first listed on the 5 Star channel?
