I can’t go any further back that this but this is what I have:
It looks like there was also some Unknown Airings on Channel 4, ITV2, Film 4, ITV Be, ITV 2+1, Paramount and Sony Movies all at the same time as well 
It also seems that I missed a new episode of TBA - I was looking forward to that as well 
Pretty sure that Johnny English is wrong.

It looks like there are more problems with Danger Mouse all of this week on both CBBC (Channel 201) and CBBC HD (Channel 204).
Well… it seems that both the airings of Shaun the Sheep and Danger Mouse are plain wrong. At first I thought the series/episode data was wrong (as the episode is the same each day) but it looks like both of these timeslots have totally the wrong show, when compared to the Freeview guide.
Freeview thinks these should be Denis & Gnasher Unleashed! and Little Big Awesome:
Monday 15th 07:15: StS E3 E11 D&G S1 E14
07:25: DM S2 E14 LBA S1 E16
Tuesday 16th 07:15: StS E3 E11 D&G S1 E15
07:25: DM S2 E14 LBA S1 E17
Wednesday 17th 07:15: StS E3 E11 D&G S1 E16
07:25: DM S2 E14 LBA S1 E18
Thursday 18th 07:15: StS E3 E11 D&G S1 E17

This is why I gave up with plex’s EPG and went to an external XML provider. It’s good for your health and your life in general.
Plex’s EPG has been on life-support for a year now and it’s time to call it. …problem is the parents (Plex management) are in denial.

Further to my issue, see the attached screenshot of my laptop playing Plex. You can see it is Nightmare Tenants… playing but the info bar says Johnny English. [Edit: can’t upload screenshots?]
It looks like I have the same problem today: Plex Epg says it is Big Momma’s House, followed by Legally Blonde 2 but TV Epg is Friends, followed by Legally Blonde 2. So, both say LB2 will be on but at different times & also Big MH is not on TV Epg at all.
Posted too soon! You can see that Plex is playing the correct programme (Friends) but the EPG info is wrong - it thinks it is playing Big Momma’s House. Same problem as yesterday.
The only positive I have found looking into this is that I can still record the programme I want in theory, as long as I set the timer up manually, as it is actually playing the correct programme, but it is very inconvenient, to say the least.
Any suggestions for an alternative EPG, preferably free, if these issues keep happening?
I agree that this has been going on for too long; Plex need to put their hands in their pockets and pay for a better EPG service - we have paid for a Plex Pass, so revenues are coming in.
Alternatively, as they are making agreements to show providers Film & TV, perhaps they can also strike a deal for an EPG? If it has the providers logo, so be it.

Yep… Channel 5 Guide is all wrong again. Seems to be a regular occurrence with the Channel 5 stations at the moment (Channel 5, 5 Star etc). Along with all the other issues of course.
In theory, if I press Record, as in record immediately, it should do it, as the correct programme is playing & I can view it, even if the EPG doesn’t say so. However, the reality is probably different.
I will test & let you know!
agh - got it.
I can see that the schedule for channel 5 was wrong in the EPG for the 13th june. Our data was based on 12th June extracts from our provider
I have added this example to the existing issue I had open with our provider relating to the channel 5 network of stations

Appears that today and tomorrow are ok now - do an EPG refresh if not done already
I can see the errors still for Wednesday onwards. I will refer these to our provider
Actually we appear to have 2 days ingestion files to process from our provider. So I will wait for these to finish and then check what remains wrong
I saw yesterday afternoon that yesterday morning’s and this morning’s shows had updated to the correct show names and the correct episode data for Denis & Gnasher.
However, both the episodes of Little Big Awesome appear to be stuck at S01E10.
I have performed a guide refresh just now and now tomorrow is showing the correct show names but again Little Big Awesome is showing S01E10 for the episode data.
@sa2000 2 questions, if I may:
- Is there an understanding yet as to why there are these repeating problems?
- Is there an understanding yet for a permanent fix (even if it is months away)?

Might have been late availability of data. It appears to be ok now - consistent with the guide for today on No access outside UK
(It is different from your screenshot but in line with the channel 5 own guide)
Please do a manual EPG Refresh and check again
