Did you see my comment above, Has this been reported ?
Thanks for the feedback - i have referred this back to our provider.
As it stands, if the correction does not come in time, the episode is in the EPG to record on Sunday at 10am
I am dealing with these today with most recent report first as that would stand a higher chance of getting fixed in time.
As at the moment, our provider is only managing to get 5 days or so of channel 5 data at a time to be right - almost right - the Sunday airings issue are no doubt to do with that. It is beyond day 5
I will highlight it to our provider. Channel 5 data is manually being updated
Thanks
I have flagged it to our provider on the existing open issue. They are having difficulties with channel 5. I noticed that Saturday schedule has errors too.
BBC Radio 4 xtra is still broken - I havenât been able to record a full series on this channel since the change over (I have reported on a number of occasions).
Currently itâs showing âunknown airingâ and managing to find one show.
The sequencing for âTaskmasterâ on Dave (Channel 019) appears to have broken again as the showings this evening (Thursday), tomorrow, Saturday, Tuesday, Wednesday are showing with their respective dates (13/08, 14/08, 15/08 and 18/08).
It was the same for âWould I Lie to Youâ when I first noticed this at the weekend but that has now been resolved for shows up to next Friday so is only now a problem from Saturday (22nd August).
Iâm also seeing the same on the following radio stations:
Radio 4 (Channel 704)
Radio 5 Live (Channel 705)
6 Music (Channel 706)
Ironically: BBC Coventry & Warwickshire (Channel 719), BBC Hereford & Worcester (Channel 720), BBC West Midlands (Channel 721), BBC Radio Stoke (Channel 726) and BBC Radio Derby (Channel 735) all state âAs BBC Radio 5 Liveâ ![]()
Local Radio is not in place for most and lineup entries may link to same data source for those that are not setup
I have noticed that there is little data for this new channel and also there are mismatches with what I am seeing here https://www.ccxtv.co.uk/schedule
I have referred this back to our provider
Radio 4 Extra has been impacted by data issues and also ingestion issues at our end. I have requested this to our engineering team as the immediate issue is the gaps in the schedule.
Are you seeing this now ? or sometime ago?
My snapshots show we have 13 days of data for Radio 4, and about a week for Radio 5 Live
Radio 6 Music I see as 707 and also has about a week of EPG data
I see we have gaps on these 3 channels as well !
Sorry
The fix for Radio 4 Extra would address these as well
Thanks - i can see some wrong durations for these. The sequencing is there in yesterdayâs snapshot with
S4 E7, Wed 12 Aug 23:20
S4 E8, Thu 13 Aug 23:15
S5 E1 Fri 14 Aug 23:20
S5 E2 Mon 17 Aug 23:00
But the end time is wrong for all but the first one and also there are additional airings showing with no sequencing
I will refer this to our provider
That is how the schedules get updated. Manual schedule audits and sequencing . It is only an issue if this task does not complete a day or so before airing time
I performed a full guide refresh yesterday afternoon and again 30 minutes or so ago and unfortunately, the two showings from last night as well as the two showings in the early hours of this morning still showed the airing date for their episode data, and subsequently recorded, as do the upcoming shows this evening and tomorrow.
Episode 14/08/20 on Tonight 19:00:
Schedule:
Episode Data appears to be missing from the these recordings, and Iâve got multiple copies of same eposide

I can confirm that this was correct in the EPG in yesterdayâs refresh
Next week not yet sequenced
This too is now correct with the âNewâ flag set for S31 E10 on channel 5
