I’m setting up a new server and newly added shows don’t show up. Gen V and Welcome to Wrexham for example. I see in the logs that it sees it but can’t figure out why it won’t show.
Don’t mind the download folder, was an attempt to see if it would pull from there.
I have 3 shows I added before showing up just fine and playing in the same folder.

First glance is your folder naming and library structure.
in your library add folders section:
Good:
/Media/TVShows
Bad:
/Media/TVShows/Gen V/Season 1
Naming:
OK
/Media/TVShows/Familie Backeljau/Season 1
Bad:
/Media/TVShows/Neveneffecten/Seizoen 1
Recommended:
/Media/TVShows/Familie Backeljau (1994)/Season 1
Neveneffecten and Familie Backeljau do show up in my Plex. So i’m not really sure what you mean. Sorry…
As I said you need to fix the add folders section of your library, then post your server logs (not just an excerpt as above) Please also post the file name and path of something that is not showing up.
Yes it was added as /Media/TVShows before. See screenshot where you can see the underlying folders. Also added logs

What show is not being detected?
Gen V and Welcome to wrexham wich I added today. Also doesn’t work for movies.
I am seeing the folder being detected, can you perform the Plex Dance for that folder, and if it does not show up please post your server logs after that. The logs you provided are fairly limited.
Hey thanks for the help! Did some further digging and if I copy files manually it works but not trough sonarr. Seems it has to do something with permissions. Gonna figure it out tommorow
