No access via Lan network while internet is down

Hello :),
i’ve got a problem with my Plexserver, yesterday internet was down for several hours so i decided to watch some plex movies but it didn’t worked, i tried on apple TV, my phone and PC but it doesn’t work properly.
After some reloading my pc showed up my movie and tv series category, but the Plex Server Homepage had only the loading symbol. Apple Tv and Plex ios was unreachable and couldn’t connect to the Server at all, i was really pissed in that moment, that plex only work properly with internet!! I don’t know what happened to the dev’s, use with internet should be only an addon of plex and not the main function of plex, really sad!

in Server settings i have following values:

Lan network:
192.168.1.0/255.255.255.0

and

Lan network without authentication:
192.168.1.0/255.255.255.0

is there something wrong? I hope someone can help me :frowning:

This is a common complaint, but the normal setup of Plex does need Internet to fully function. Plex can be used without an Internet connection, but requires additional configuration per this how-to. Also search this forum and google for “Plex without Internet”.
