No libraries found away from home

Server Version#: Truenas 25.04.2.4
Player Version#: v1.3.6
Had previous version 1.2.8 and lost access to plex when outside of my home network.
Updated to 1.3.6 and still website and cell app not showing libraries.

I have paid subscription but other than the update I just did nothing else changed in my network.

When at home plex app works fine.

Well from the first link.

Router is fine.
Find your router’s user manual or on-line documentation
Check whether your router supports UPnP or NAT-PMP- It does. (netgear Nighthawk)
If they do, you may need to switch the feature on in the router’s software- Software fine. nothing being blocked.
If the services are enabled, try toggling them off and then back on again and try to connect the server once more. Have done that a few times no change.
If your computer has a firewall, proxy, ad-blocking software, anti-virus software, or similar installed, try temporarily disabling them and then attempt to connect the server again. No firewall blocking ports or any ad-blocking software.

Have not setup as a Static IP or manual. But the IP didn’t change from last month when everything was fine.

wan/Lan ports are forwarded in router.

I just redid the claim token.
Restarted plex and my cell seems to be working. Weird I had to log out multiple times.
I will have to check work on monday. I wish they would stop updating as that seems to mess it up more than whatever the update was to fix.
