I used \Rikuoh (2017) {tmdb-74706}\Season 01\Rikuoh - S01E01 - Episode 1.mp4. Maybe you need for force a full plex dance on the show as there could be stuck bad data on your side. Also, are you using tmdb episode ordering or tvdb ?
