I’ll go through this as I find it
- You have both ethernet adapters plugged in. There’s no performance gain and it only serves to confuse everything because DSM 7 will use them interchangeably (which is wrong but they do)

Best solution here, if you want the load balancing (which is more bandwidth) is to ‘bond’ the two (Control Panel - Network - Network Interfaces – Create - Bond – select both of them)

It turn both single adapters into one adapter. Your eth0 (first adapter) is 192.168.1.9). That will likely be the new IP address (which you can set manually if you wish as well)
- I don’t see it authenticating – that’s trivial to fix once the network part is done.
– Uninstall the package (use the first radio button – Uninstall ONLY - KEEP option)
– Reinstall again f (same SPK file)
– EXCEPT
– New or Lost servers (Plex Claim Token method)
– Click on the “Get Plex Claim Token” hyperlink.
– Your browser tab will open with a ‘claim-xxxxxx’ token
– Hit COPY
– Come back to the installation tab
– Click into that box on the installation page.
– PASTE the token
– Click NEXT NEXT DONE and let it have a few extra seconds to get you new credentials and claim the server.
It will respond (complete installation) with your Plex Username if successful.
Now open it by LAN IP address this one time to complete the handshake.
