recently upgraded to DSM 7 on Synology and when trying to play files I am getting a playback error asking to drive the mount? What would I need to do I can see the folders and files in the plex server just cant play the files?
How closely did you follow the Migration / Installation instructions for DSM 7?
Make sure the user PlexMediaServer has permissions to access the media directories.
