Hi @ChuckPa, I am also having problems with people outside my plex home accessing server.
Me and other members of plex home can access server from remote locations but others can’t.
I have the following in my logs:
[CERT/OCSP] CERT: Could not fetch certificate from the cloud: 404
CERT: incomplete TLS handshake: sslv3 alert certificate unknown
Is it possible this is the same problem?

That might be the other problem being seen.
How about we take a shot at doing this step. We can defer to the Plex.tv team if this fails.
I see your Synology NAS (current) and two older ones.
Would you like me to remove those two older ones while there?
When you changed the flags to turn verbose logging OFF, did you remember to SAVE the changes (at the bottom) ?
It looks like you didn’t (I got a log full of Verbose again)
Let’s try something.
- With this new certificate now in place
- Turn off Remote Access
- Wait 3-5 minutes for Plex.tv and PMS to be fully in sync with that
- Enable Remote Access again.
What I’m seeing is that it’s attempting to enable Remote but Plex.tv doesn’t understand why.

Yours is one of several I’m seeing which appears to be a race condition caused by the outage and in need of their assistance to correct and prevent from happening again.
