Plex doesn't see subfolders on Synology DSM 7.2

Linux is strict about file permissions. DSM is strict about enforcement.

When you can only see the topmost folder then you have a permissions problem.

Emphasis here is the 'Apply to this folder, sub-folders, and files" when you grant PlexMediaServer permission to access the media files.
