I’m running the HDHomeRun PRIME, and recently had an issue where I had to remove and re-add it due to local IP changes made with new home networking setup.
I’m no longer able to select or see all the channels in the Guide Channel dropdown that the HDHomeRun Device Channels says are available. Which in this case is 419 channels. I know not all of those would be in the dropdown since many are protected. Though some channels in the dropdown aren’t available in the left device channels.
Yes I have run the HDHomeRun channel guide from the device IP and can tune to channels past 099 outside the PMS.
I’ve tried rebuilding channels a few times with no luck. I wonder if deleting and re-added might help, or changing my device ZIP (based on other support threads). I’ve got the important channels luckily, but there are some others I would like, since I do pay for those and don’t have a regular cable box.
Sounds like your lineup is incorrect. The same thing happened to me before and after the transition to the new EPG. Someone from Plex might come along to help out, but there is a form you can fill out to get this corrected (hopefully soon).
Okay thanks. I will try to delete and re-add the HDHomeRun device then rebuild the channels library (if still incorrect) today to see if it pulls the correct channels again. Thanks for that link.
