I checked and confirmed that /lib32/libstdc++.so.6 does indeed exist so I’m not sure what to make of the ‘no version information available’ error.

I got a (definitely a silly) question. I am using DS1817+ at home and when I go to the Plex site to download, I get three options under Synology. ARM and Intel. Which one should I go for?
I did something stupid… I was afraid about uninstalling Plex and loosing my data. So I just updated it directly with the 64 version (x86_64)… and it worked!!! Didn’t have to uninstall Plex.
I have a DS1815+.
I had the same issue, jumped on here and saw your post. I uninstalled the 32 and installed the 64. Did a reboot and I still can not get the Plex to work again. It says its running but I can not connect. Any thoughts or recommendations?
I stopped the service and opened the File Station and navigated to the Plex folder and there is nothing in the folder at all, but the service was running.
I guess I just need to remember that RIF (Reading is fundamental). The Q7 answered the issue found the xml file and deleted launch and after a time of searching and configuring the library, Im all back good as new.
