Plex Libraries went missing and I cannot set up new one on my Synology DS920plus

Dear tech support,

I have a Synology DS620+ and am having some issues with user/group rights. I have Plex installed from the Package Center, and while I can see the Plex server from other devices, my library is empty. When navigating within Plex to add my library folder, I can’t seem to browse to the correct location. Can you please offer suggestions?

So, I can see the Plex and libraries on my home network now. But I can not see it when I am not.

Would something block my plex outside my home network?
