PMS missing again!

Hello All, Please can anyone help, this is really getting on my t!ts now… Plex/PMS was working perfectly on my NVShield, for some unknown reason it suddenly would play, apparently media not available. I rebooted everything, Router with HDD attached, NVShield, still not working, I check in settings to find PMS missing as shown in photo below.
