However, I’ve seen that within the last 2 months you have requested a new certificate almost every 2–3 days. This is not normal. You should verify your methodology of using Plex server and prevent it from trashing its configuration that often.
Is this message for me? I’m very basic of a user for plex just for me and friends to watch movies and want to watch movies at my moms house which doen’t work because the remote acess doesn’t work. Which is what i’m trying to fix. I have no idea how to even request a new certificate and am the only user for my plex account.
Could you please check my cert? I’ve been having the same problem only when using the web url. IP works fine. App works. app.plex.tv/desktop doesn’t work and i’m in the same room as the server.
I appear to also have the same issue which began recently..Access to my libraries is possible if I am on my local network, but remote access no longer works. On my Plex server it shows localhost-Remote Access is fully accessible outside my network but I can no longer access the libraries, etc. when I am on another network (eg, using the android apks (Plex and Plexamp) on my smartphone when away from home.)
