I am having the same issue. Can you please check my certificate too?
[mod edit: The cert of your server is not affected. Most important if you use a manual portforwarding, is that a new server gets a different external/WAN port number. Do NOT re-use the port forwarding of an older server. For all follow-up questions, please create your own forum thread.]
I think i might have the same issue any way you can check for me?

I also have been having this issue. I’ve tried using new claim tokens and resetting the Preferences.xml file.
[mod edit: your server’s certificate is perfectly fine. It appears your server doesn’t have remote access enabled at all. Do NOT use your own custom domain name to access your server in the local network. Verify you ar enot affected by Important note about the Plex Web app - Local Network Access

I have the same issue. Remote Access shows fully accessible/green, Norton and TP-Link port forwarding (now on external 52000) are set correctly, canyouseeme shows Success on 52000, but app.plex.tv and direct IP test both say unable to connect securely / server unavailable. Can you please check and reset my certificate? Server name: Regina. Thank you!
[mod edit: There is no server by that exact name. The only server there has been created just hours ago. Its certificate is perfectly valid.]
I just started seeing weird playback issues today that might be accounted for by this issue. Can you check my certificate? My specific issue: remote users (whether direct or transcode) are able to start playback but then get an infinite spinner. Playback looks to start in the dashboard, but isn’t progressing client side. One user provided some Chrome console logs that cited insecure connection, so wondering if that’s my issue. Thanks!

I have a similar issue over the last day. My remote access disconnects shortly after being reconnected. I can access my server @ http://127.0.0.1:32400/web/index.html#! on the server itself, however https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/ on the server does not allow access to the content saying ‘No Content Available’. I have a mapped port forward of 32400 on TCP which has been working perfectly. My server name is Maxserver, and I’m running version 1.43.0.10492
[mod edit: your certificate is perfectly fine. But I noticed that you have requested a new certificate almost daily during the last 4 weeks. Are you erasing data in the Plex data folder? Don’t do that indiscriminatively. There are only certain subfolders where daily clearing may make some sense. Please create your own forum thread for any followup questions.]
I’m having the same issue, locally it works fine but if I go on mobile data and try accessing it outside the network it says offline (only the secure message if I got to the mobile web browser and go to app.plex.tv etc.)
Checking the settings, it’ll say not connected but I retry the port and it will ‘say’ it’s working/accessible but moments later it will will revert back…. it’s been working fine and I’ve not change any settings so I’m not sure why randomly it’s stopped working.
Edit: I’ve temp changed dns to google, nothing, manual port (with and without google dns), nothing, turned firewall off and retested the above and still same result…
Edit 2: I’ve tried updating to beta channel and again same result

Mods, I only replied on here due to the certificate check and everyone else did the same and didn’t get told off, not sure what’s happened but it seems to be working again?
I was able to remotely access my server, but it stopped. It Does that I am fully accessible outside my network, but I am not able to connect from any device. I tried stopping the server, rebooting my router, but nothing works.
My server is just giving me fits. It seemed to coincide with a ISP outage. I updated my router firmware and with all of the settings unchanged, I can’t even see my server locally. Could this be the cert issue that I’ve seen a lot of folks here talking about?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
I tried to access my server in another browser to troubleshoot and I’m getting an error for an untrusted cert. Can you please check mine out before you tell me to open another thread as I believe this issue is pertinent to this thread? Thanks.
Browser error:
Websites prove their identity via certificates. Firefox does not trust this site because it uses a certificate that is not valid for 10.xxx.xxx.xxx:32400. The certificate is only valid for *.8fde0d7b6bb74fabb82e7e03ffa03db6.plex.direct.
My remote access has just stopped working out of the blue & I never have any issues normally, so can you please check if this problem is affecting my server as well please & thanks.

My Remote Access has just stopped working out of the blue and I am struggling to diagnose. Can you please check if this issue is affecting my server as well? Thanks.

+1 for me, all of a sudden a couple of days ago, Remote access stopped working with no changes from me. Accessing the server directly (localhost) still works As I’m not the only one from the thread here who’s suddenly having errors is this a wider issue from the Plex side?
[mod edit: your server’s certificate is not affected.]
I’m having similar issues to those described in this thread. Have tried a number of things to fix but with no success- could you please check my certificate too?
Thanks!
