[mod edit: none of your servers’ certificates are affected.]

After troubleshooting with no luck, I’ve found this thread - can a mod please check my certificate?

I’m having the same issue. My friends a can no longer connect. Can you please check my certificate?

[mod edit: your server’s certificate is not affected.]

Would you be able to check my certificate as well?

[mod edit: you don’t have a server of your own, so there is nothing to check]

I am having same issue, can my revoke my cert as well

[mod edit: your servers’ certificates are not affected.]

Sane issue here if anyone can check on things.

I dont know if I’m affected but some external clients connect directly and others indirect. Can I check myself?

plex [CERT/OCSP] getCertInfo failed; skipping stapling

[mod edit: your server’s certificate is not affected. Ensure that you are not using custom domain names; the certificate is not valid for these. i.e. “Custom server access URLs” must not contain anything.]

I’m having the same issue I think. Can you check mine?

[mod edit: your server’s certificate is not affected.]

I seem to be having this issue as well. Can you confirm?

Hi! I have the same issue with AppleTV. Working fine on web and iOS. Can you check ? Thanks

[mod edit: please wait at least 10 minutes, then stop and restart your server.]

My remote stopped working for couples days ago. Can anyone check if it’s affected?

[mod edit: your cert was renewed automatically on 29th of March. I recommend you to take a look at the Plex data folder and inspect the locally stored copy of the cert file. It should have a file date after the cert renewal. Verify it has proper access permissions for Plex server. Maybe stop and restart both server and clients, to ensure they all get the new cert.
Please open your own forum thread for any followup reports and questions.]

I’m having remote network issues today as well, can you check if its this cert error. Thanks!

edit: Resolved my issue, passthrough from AT&T router to my primary router had broken, power cycling both sorted the lease out.

Could you please check mine?

Edit: Issue resolved itself shortly after sending this message.

So i think i fixed the error, Hoping this works for everyone else

I went to settings, network and saw Preferred network interface was set to “Any”
So just setting this to my server ip it instantly fixed any remote access issues.
Hope this helps

I’m having the same issue it says remote access is fully accessible yet I can’t connect to it outside my network also app.plex.tv doesn’t work.

Mobile app stopped working for me too. I restarted the server and the physical computer I checked the settings states it’s available remotely but not working.

Im having an issue too, I updated plex and now the remote access doesn’t work. Strangely if I change the port to default 32400 it claims it works which isnt possible as I dont port forward that, and if I try to connect then it doesnt work. Anyone happen to experience the same issue?

Same here. Remote access is broken.

I’m thinking this is an issue on Plex’s end. Too many people updating and restarting their servers at the same time so registration is failing.

I pulled/recreated the container and remote access worked at first, now it is not working even when the server says it should be reachable. Verified the port is open via UPnP.

Same - and there’s a thread on reddit with lots of folks reporting sporadic remote issues. My local access is fine (using local IP), it’s only using app.plex.tv that it gets touchy. All port forwarding is fine so … I’m thinkin’ it’s a Plex issue but status.plex.com has nothin’ there.

Edit: and it’s back…

Edit2: just extra info. I restarted Plex, then restarted server (even though local was working), then restarted router\gateway and modem. Checked traffic and dns checks and all were okay. Nothing made a change. Then suddenly, after digging around Plex forums and Reddit and downdetector to see if it was just me… it started working again with no change on my side so… I’m happy to chalk it up to a backbone\service hiccup.
