Seems to be working again
Was indeed a DNS issue, I fixed my issue by setting cloudflare as my dns server.
Seems to be a bit intermittent, from time to time sonos app (desktop) is coming up that it can’t connect to the server (and tracks occasionally skipping) and the remote access in the plex settings keeps saying it’s not accessible and swapping around again
I can access directly through the TrueNas WebUI and it says the remote access is connected there, but when I try the deskop webpage it says ‘unable to connect secuely’. I also can’t connect on my IOS phone.
I changed DNS to 1.1.1.1 Cloudflare about 10 min ago and it works again
I think thats coincidence - first off the issue is intermittent anyway, also im using their dns on mobile and my mobile app was being weird too (needed for the live tv fix anyway), plus if they’re working on fixing stuff it could easily have spells where it does and doesn’t work until things are fully back.
the status update says ‘deployed fix’ but I’m still having the same issue with connecting through the plex.tv/desktop. And my WebUI says that the remote access is connected.
Same here, still no connection.. but Illl just wait.. and see
Can’t access my libraries at all. The service on my server runs until I try to connect and then stops.
mine is back up and running
@OttoKerner Could you please reset the certificate for my server? I’ve been stuck on a 429 rate limit for over a week now after Docker rebuilds on Unraid.
Server identifier: a933bc321a326f0f8105e1dc49d6250a25c334e2
I’ve also stopped the auto-retry to prevent further rate limit resets. Everything else is fully working (HTTP access, port forwarding, reachability). Just need the cert rate limit cleared. Thank you!
[mod edit: you were not rate-limited. The certificate was one of those which were stuck betwen generating and downloading. Stop your server, wait a minute, then restart it again.]
My server suddenly stopped working. Can mine be checked? Thanks
[mod edit: server certificate was fine. But it was just one day before expiration, so I triggered a refresh manually.]
Same here, can mine please be checked
[mod edit: cert is in good condition and valid.]
i am also unable to remotely access on roku or IOS could you check and see if cert is holding me back. thank you.
[mod edit: cert is in good condition and valid.]
Same here, Server on Synology and couldn’t connect to my plex through browser or mobile app, went back home and it’s working on local
disabled ipv6, then disable remote access and reenabled it, seems like its working now
