Otto,
Thanks so much for your work on this. Could you please check mine? I’ve been tearing my hair out all weekend!
Done.
Dear OttoKerner, would you be so kind and check mine? All of sudden the librabries are not reachable by android Plex app and app.plex.tv (server itself is working).
Done. Please stop and restart Plex server.
Thank you! It is working fine now.
@OttoKerner I’m having the same issue. My Apple TV app is saying No Direct Connection Available even though everything is up to date, the server is running, and I can access it via web. Can you help?
Hey Tom I have a remote access issues with my network. It says Not available outside your network. If I retry to enable through my port 32400 it will go green and say available for about 20 seconds then back to unavailable. I’ve tried both with specified port and without. I’ve toggled UpnP on my router off and on and still same issue. My port forwarding rules are all correct and my unraid server has a static IP address. Any help would be appreciated. ty
Please check mine when you have a moment.

Regrettably I have had the same / a similar problem. I am not certain that it is connected to the fact that I run a tailscale network to access my NAS devices. But as soon as I leave our wifi, I am unable to access my media libraries. With or without tailscale active, as soon as I leave our wifi I loose connection to the media libraries. Plexamp has not been affected.
I have also noted that my SONOS link to my music library is broken and it had just started working again after this “ upgrade” horror that SONOS created two years ago,
Have downloaded a few logfiles, but have no idea what the cause could be.

Can you please check mine too
EDIT: I’d like to add that I have been having a weird discoverability issue with plex for around 3 months now. It shows on http://:32400 but not plex.tv, it also works on some apps like infuse or the plex ios and Android app but not the desktop apps for Linux or windows.
I see a few mentions of bad certs in my logs so I’m hoping this is my issue.

Could you kindly check mine as well please i’m experiencing similar issues as well and would like to rule this out
Cert errors in my logs as well facing similar issues. Would greatly appreciate a check.
Thanks!
[mode edit: You have requested over 5 new certs on a single day and are now rate-limited. That being said, your current cert is still valid. Hence you are not affected by the “stuck cert” issue this thread is dealing with. Please openm your own forum thread.]
I seem to be having this issue as well. Can you check mine please?

Can you please check mine too? Been having issues the past 3 days.
My logs show:

I have revoked the stuck certificates for all users in this thread so far. Except for those users who are not affected. Please check your original post above for details, and please open your own forum thread.
Hi, I appear to have the same issue which has only recently started happening …. app.plex.tv is unable to connect to XXXXXXX securely.
I am also seeing this error in the logs which suggests it is the same issue:
[HttpClient/HCl#f7] HTTP error requesting GET https://82-31-214-238.fe9ded96fc1042cd9f8ab1d90cf554a2.plex.direct:32400/identity (60, SSL peer certificate or SSH remote key was not OK) (SSL certificate problem: certificate has expired)
Could you check my certificate please?
many thanks
My server seems to not be accessible through local web, is my cert oke?
