Plex server down after power cut

  1. Uninstall the package with the KEEP option
  2. Reinstall the same SPK again - HOWEVER
  • Use the “New or Lost servers” (Plex Claim Token method)
  • Click “Get Plex Claim Token” link
  • COPY the token your browser gives you in the new tab
  • PASTE the token in the small box on the installation page
  • Click NEXT NEXT DONE

If the Syno is working OK, it will confirm it’s signed back into your account and show “Claimed by: YourPlexUsername”
