Plex server not working after Nvidia and plex server upgrade

Server Version#: 1.25.3.5385
Player Version#: 8.28.0.30077

Plex server is unavailable after upgrading to Andorid 11 the Nvidia Shield and to the latest version the Plex server.
I have read that several people have same problem and the issue is related from both upgrades. So, I wonder is there a fix from Plex side or it is possible to role back to the previous version the server?

Shield experience 9 upgrade, server dissapeared

Server Version#: Player Version#: So just got the shield experience 9 upgrade and my plex media server has ‘vanished’ When I go into the plex app settings page the section for the plex server is blank (no options for starting or stopping the server or the storage setting) Have tried multiple restarts and open to suggestions.
