@ChuckPa I installed 1.25.7.5604-6000 and the issue persists. Is this a known issue? Or should I start looking for alternatives to plex? It’s ridiculous this software stopped doing the one thing I needed it to do.
I’ve attached the logs directory again. I saw some warning and errors in them but nothing that made much sense to me. plex_logs.zip (4.6 MB)
Your network configuration is incorrect; specifically DNS server info.
Go into your network settings and look at the DNS entries. (Control Panel - Network)
If you are using defaults or your ISP, try using Google 8.8.8.8 and restarting PMS.

Hi Chuck, same thing just happened to me about 19 hours ago.
Everything was working perfectly until then. I attached my log files.
Nothing was touched prior to then, and I’ve since updated to the latest DSM 7.1 and PMS Logs.zip (3.6 MB)
This is very frustrating, any idea as to what causes this all of a sudden?
That’s really odd, I grabbed them from using File Station
Plex/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server
I see the dates and they match. Not sure why there aren’t more recent log dates
Ah, sorry about that! Here is the ones form “PlexMediaServer/AppData/Plex Media Server/Logs” Logs.zip (691.9 KB)
Thanks!
My Clock is set correctly but unable to update. it seems I’m also unable to connect to package center but I seem to have the correct DNS settings of 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
What happens if you take ANY synology package you don’t have installed and try to install it ? (you can uninstall it as soon as we confirm connectivity)
If it can’t install – then it’s between the Syno → switch → router
