Plex Server suddenly stopped working

Before, it wasn’t letting me even see the “All Packages”
I just tried to switch the ethernet cable to LAN 4 and now I have access.
Was it the Static IP, or the IPv6?
Where do I locate the default Gateway? Sorry I am a bit of a Noob

When you switch to static IP,

you must also fill out the rest of the values :slight_smile:

Just an update, I noticed LAN4 with DHCP didn’t have “Set as Default Gateway” Checked but LAN1 did so I unchecked it and switched the cable back to test. Now Plex seems to work properly. This was the setting since Dec2021, so not sure what changed since. Thanks for your patience and all your help…

I’ve seen DSM updates cause disturbances.

Whenever I have any networking issues with the Syno boxes, I go and check the settings.
