Plex shared folder movies not showing on different Volume

I have an DS923+ 2 disk on RAID1 (Volume1) 1disk RAID0 (Volulme2) 1 SataSSD cache for Volume2, 2 m.2 ssd cache for Volume1.

I have an old plex share on Volume2(raid1). I have a new Plex share on Volume 2 (Raid0)

If I download files to the new share via Synology Download center, The LG TV not showing the new files.

I can see the files on the NAS. The automatic directory scan is enabled on both Shared folder. The folder access right are the same. If I download files to the old folder (Volume1 Raid1) the files shows on LG TV quickly. That is the solution, I need to remove the old share and use the new one. Thank you for any help you can provide.

No, I gave permission to PlexMediaServer.
Anyway it seems only a file name bug because of continuous filename for series.
I renamed the .mkv files and plex can see it, BUT the movie index picture and infor are wrong. (why?)
