Suddenly I get the following error when trying to access my Plex with Chrome;
This page isn’t working
192.168.1.3 didn’t send any data.

how exactly do you access your Plex Server?
If your Plex Media Server is running at 192.168.1.3, one of the following 2 URLs should work (depending on your settings on security):
It was allways at 192.168.1.3 (shortcut in my bookmarks). I found I can start my Plex at 192.168.1.8 (not 3, but 8 at the end) now, but there it cannot find my NAS. Though my NAS can be reached through it’s own portal so I know it is active
check your router settings. preferably there should be a static IP / IP reservation for the NAS/Plex Media Server.
It started working again at 192.168.1.3 for some reason, but now it does not start the normal GUI but goes to a screen where it seems to search for plex sources. after a while it stops and says;
A problem has been detected with a core component of Plex Media Server.
