Continuing the discussion from Unexpected error when going to Live TV & DVR Settings:
There are 80 complaints listed here and not any good solutions. I have tried to email PLEX billing and they just tell me to add my complaint to the forum list - ha!
What a bunch of crooks. I will need my lifetime pass to eventually get the problem solved.
PLEX finally found my HD Home run DUO after deleting and reinstalling the DVR settings. Now it has trouble with EPG. My SERVIO system has the EPG, but PLEX wants me to give the xml file address which I have no idea where it is. It asks for my zip code, but no US zip works at all. So still no live TV&DVR.
Every step setting this thing up has cost me a lot of time which the geeks at PLEX should pay for. Cord cutting isn’t solved by PLEX, the content isn’t so great either. Has anyone ever gotten their money back?
