everything normal, e.g. jett mkv has same permissions as that kevin mkv that worked.

For the fun of it I did a run w/ process monitor running, PMS definitely does and can access that mkv: [screenshot]

Since on Windows, could you perhaps for a small test disable any AntiVira solution you might have up running, and then do the Plex Dance again on Jett
