Diagnosis steps.
- Verify the Network is pointing to the LAN IP of your modem/router
- Verify the NAS has the right IP and subnet mask

If you’re trying to access it through the “Quick Connect” – don’t.
Package center will show you the LAN IP when QuickConnect is off.If it’s showing you a synology domain then don’t use that button,
Open the Syno by it’s LAN IP address instead. (you don’t want to be routed out to some other provider for this stage)
- If you can’t make progress using the LAN IPs, AND you’re also on the same subnet (Important) Then use this procedure to reclaim the host
