In the properties on your movie library, what is set as ‘Agent’? (‘Advanced’ tab)
I was actually thinking if I cleared everything out it might reset everything. It will be a pain as I’ll lose all my watched data and settings but if it fixes the problem it’d be worth it.
Since that is not guaranteed, I’d wait.
Before you throw everything out, try resetting your agent preferences using this procedure:

This will only force the agent order and the preferences of every agent to reset to defaults.
Afterwards, Plex Dance 1 - 3 movies (not more, please!)
Then gather logs again.
