If I had to guess its most likely permissions. See this specific section → Synology FAQ - Questions, Answers, and a few How-To's - #25 by ChuckPa and take special note of the final note in that section. Sometimes its required to re-apply the permissions so even if you believe they are correct, try again for good measure. Best of luck.
