Post Plexamp logs so we know why it’s failing.

plex had a problem with DNS recently. there have been multiple posts on it. including this one. DNS Resolution for plex.tv gone flakey - #2 by OttoKerner supposedly fixed already but people keep posting more dns issues. possible your provider still has plex shut down for some reason .

ya look at the post from otto i shared. that was supposed to be fixed. perhaps it is not fully fixed.

After i found out that the problem is only in my provider network, this is the first thing i tried, to change the dns, but this is a no go on iPhone, or at least, i didn’t find an option to change this.

You shouldn’t need to change it; the point is that the issue has been fixed on our end, as far as we know.

Hello, I don’t know how to extract the logs for plexamp only, or fiind the plexamp logs, but I don’t know if this helps, the app on my phone or tablet, doesn’t load any data from the library when connected to my mobile data, but as soon as I connect to any WiFi network or other mobile data provider, the app is populating with my library.
