I have searched the web found many solution and tried every single one. Can someone take a look at my logs and tell me why my TV show only, that no posters download but the metadata does. Please assist.
Looks like you have local posters associated with your shows, so it is defaulting to using those. Check to see if these files actually contain an image. If they are damaged somehow, they will appear as a blank image.
By checking your local posters, I just meant try to open them and see if there is actually an image. If they are just place holders or purposely made into a blank file, then it’s working as intended.
In PMS, under your agent settings, find the one you are using then turn off Local Media Assets. This will then use only the online posters and not the local ones. You will need to refresh your library afterwards.
So great news for anyone looking for a different solution that may help resolving the Posters not download but meta data is.
Thanks to MovieFan Plex he provided a solution and it resolved myissue, he provided the following:

Screenshots attached for anyone that may not understand
Hi MovieFan Plex, thanks for that solution in solving that. I had another question.
So now my TV show poster downloads, but when I go in and edit the poster or background, there is no selection for another poster or background type, screenshot below. Your help is much appreciated
As you can see first screenshot that everything poster is downloading correctly but than changing the poster and background to something else
In your screenshot, you are editing the data for a single episode. There are no backgrounds for single episodes, so that page is blank. You need to edit the show itself. The “Recently Added” shows either an episode, a season, or a show, depending on what it indicates.
Episodes only have a poster. Seasons do not have either. Shows have both.
Edit - If you see an episode or season, you can get to the show level by clicking on the name of the show. That will bring up the info for the show, then choose to edit this from the top right menu.
