FYI to those subscribed to this thread… pre-roll is working again on my server with Beta release 1.24.0.4897. Thank you @BigWheel and @drzoidberg33!

Plex Media Server 1.24.0.4897 is now available to Plex Pass users in the Beta update channel. NOTE: After installing this version if you decide to downgrade to a release prior to 1.24.0 it will require a media analysis to be run on all existing video items.
